Estimated Time: 14 - 16 Hours Over 1 - 2 Weeks

Multiples NZ has created an exceptional feeding resource to support its member families. We need a graphic designer, or someone experienced in using publisher (or InDesign) to help us finish this project. We are looking for someone to translate a 60 pg word document into a print ready resource. Completing this project will make a big difference to families with multiples across New Zealand, giving guidance and advice on feeding.

Working location

Virtual/Wellington or Christchurch. We have exec members in Wellington and Christchurch.

Proposed project steps with time estimates

OVERVIEW - Design cover, and layout, insert text and to create a print ready file.

Essentially we need you to convert our amazing new feeding resource from a word document into Publisher or InDesign. The word document is 60 A4 pages in word.

Step 1: Briefing and Planning (2 hour approx) remote/skype or in person
An overview of our MNZ, images and logos etc, and logistics for getting project done.

Step 2: Create feeding resource in publisher (or InDesign) (10-12 hours) with direction from MNZ on image placements. MNZ will supply some images.

Step 3 Post production (2-4 hours approx)
Time to review or make any suggested changes from MNZ

Completed text, which has been proofed and peer reviewed, images to illustrate text, branding guidelines and logos and everything ready to go.
