Estimated Time: 7 - 9 Hours Over 1 - 5 Weeks
Our charitable trust has several social media platforms: Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest and Linked-in. The Linked-in account is my personal one that I don't use. We do not have a business account. We need someone to review our social media and come up with a new social media strategy or plan that we can implement. I would also appreciate your know how to set up new, reinvigorate and prioritise some of the social media streams
Working location
I am based in Auckland but happy to work virtually
Proposed project steps with time estimates
Step 1 Briefing and background 1 hour
Step 2 Review of existing platforms, analytics, discuss approach and methods, objectives 1-2 hours
Step 3 Write up of strategy 2 hour
We would also appreciate some guidance around implementing our social media strategy and demonstrate some techniques 3-5 hours
What We Have In Place
Our Trust has been online since 2000. We are no longer getting the sales to remain viable. All sales return to our Charitable Trust. We'd like to be successful again.
I run the social media sites. We have heaps of content on the sites but there's some type of disconnect and we are not monetizing.

Mission
One branch of Common Knowledge Trust produces Birthing Better Childbirth Preparation Online Courses. Skills developed by families for families to self-learn for ALL births. Our goal is to grow a skilled birthing population so every family can use skills to work through their baby's birth journey.
What we Do
We produce 5 online courses on our website and fathers-to-be and mothers-to-be pregnancy academy courses on Udemy. We have been online since 2000 seeking to bring forward a new childbirth trend that encourages all expectant families to self-learn and use skills for their baby's birth.
