We are looking for someone to help us recruit an amazing Office Manager. This role is crucial to the running of our organisation. We specifically want help to craft the ad and collate and shortlist applications. It would also be great if you were able to be part of the interview panel and process. Review JD Develop and advise where to place ad Participate in the shortlist process Manage the development of interview questions Sit on interview panel Selection process
Working location
dapaanz, level 5, 342 Lambton Quay, Wellington (though most work can be undertaken offsite with email contact)

Review JD - 7-12 February
Develop and advise where to place ad - 12-26 February
Participate in the shortlist process - 27-30 February
Manage the development of interview questions - 26-30 February
Sit on interview panel - 7 March (TBC)
Selection process - 8-9 March
What We Have In Place
We have a JD and the current Office Manager is in place until 23 February to provide advice
We have a committee set up to oversee the process made up of the Executive Director and two board members.
