IT Skills needed to Create an Online Registration Form for Collectors!

Estimated Time: 8 - 10 Hours Over 1 - 2 Weeks
We are looking for someone to help us create an online form that potential collectors would fill out to volunteer their time for our Annual Appeal. Information collected on the form would then help us allocated a site/time/hours for collecting.
Working location
Our office is at 264 Cuba Street, Te Aro but are happy to travel anywhere in central Wellington and also happy to work virtually.

Intervention, Prevention and Advocacy for all women and children experiencing domestic violence.
What we Do
Wellington Women’s Refuge provides support, information and advocacy to survivors of domestic violence; walking alongside and empowering them to make safe decisions for their future.
We provide women and their children with the option of a safe place to stay, and also support women and their children in the community. We operate a community office and a 24 hour crisis telephone line assisted by a roster of volunteers responding to the crisis line outside working hours. We are a free and accessible service; we don’t have waiting lists for our crisis and social work support services.
