Estimated Time: 8 - 10 Hours Over 1 - 2 Weeks

We need a volunteer Focus Group Facilitator to conduct an interview with four of our current volunteers, face-to-face. The purpose of this focus group is to ask our volunteers questions about our volunteer programme and to gain insights that will help with future recruitment and volunteer retention. The information will then need to be collected and transcribed/ collated in written form. The Facilitator ideally will need prior focus group experience. if you think you have the skills to help us please apply.

Proposed project steps with time estimates

- Have a meeting with Victim Support to get a brief and better understanding of what's required
- Prepare and conduct the interview - approx. an hour interview
- Collate responses
- Report back to Victim Support - with written summary and potentially a meeting.
