Estimated Time: 8 - 12 Hours Over 1 - 2 Weeks

We need a Brand Concept/Drawing for the Entrance/Exterior of our Bureau. The Building is owned by the Council who has spent extensive amount to refurbish the interior, but the exterior does not reflect this. The Exterior currently looks like "Public Toilets", "TAB", is some of the feedback we have had. We need, a design concept/ signage layout to take to council to get approved and to be used for quoting and purchase of signs, and any design concepts that can be incorporated to make the entrance welcoming and professional. We are wanting to use this space as a marketing tool, make public aware of where our offices are, and create a welcoming and professional image.

Working location

The Office address is 30 Orewa Square, Orewa. This project would not necessarily require a site visit. I can supply images of the building. This work can be done during or after work hours.

Proposed project steps with time estimates

1. Review current exterior.
2. Decide on signage placement, layout.
3. Consider what else would enhance the area ie. make it more welcoming.
4. How we can maximize the exterior as a Marketing tool.
5. Once design concept agreed, a image/drawing will be needed to enable approval from the council to make the changes.

What We Have In Place

Logo's and certain design's are already in place, which will be needed to be used for this project.
A knowledge of Photoshop would help, or any similar program.
