Social Enterprise Auckland requires a fabulous, fresh and flexible Mailchimp newsletter design template done for it. The newsletter is used to share key updates, stories from the social enterprise ecosystem and other information, and is need of a design update. We would love to hear from designers who have experience with Mailchimp and can breathe some fresh energy into our Mailchimp campaigns.
Proposed project steps with time estimates
Below are proposed project steps,
1. Initial zoom meeting to discuss requirements and set expectations - 1 hour
2. Designer produces draft Mailchimp designs using existing branding material and colours - 2 hours
3. A final option is chosen by SEA stakeholders from the options presented and the designer provides or implements the new template into SEA's Mailchimp account - 2 hours
4. Final debrief, if necessary - 1 hour
What We Have In Place
SEA can provide all current branding elements including logo and colours associated with the brand. Access to past few Mailchimp newsletters and SEA's Mailchimp account can be provided for the duration of the project.
Coordination, context and other necessary information will be provided by SEA, including links to our website and social media presences as necessary.
The graphic designer will need to have the software at his/her end in order to produce options for the desired Mailchimp template.
