Videographers needed for Road Safety Week!

Estimated Time: 8 - 10 Hours Over 1 - 4 Weeks

We are looking for videographers to help us produce approx. four short videos to be used as part of Road Safety Week (9-15 November). These videos will help us to share vital road safety information and messages as part of the week, as well as help to promote the week, particularly on social media. The videos need to be recorded and edited prior to Road Safety Week. Videos will involve road safety professionals and others talking about different aspects of road safety. Each video is 1-2 minutes long and features one person speaking to camera.

Working location

We are looking for a videographer in Christchurch. More locations may be needed as we confirm video participants.

Proposed project steps with time estimates

Recording of each video 0.5 days
Editing of each video 0.5 - 1 day

What We Have In Place

We will provide people to be featured in the videos and a script for each video, plus suggested locations for filming. We can also provide our branding/logos etc for graphics.

Brake works to prevent road deaths and injuries and make communities safer. We also provide free support to families bereaved and injured in road crashes, helping them to work through their grief to recover from trauma.
What we Do
Brake runs initiatives to raise awareness of road safety issues and advocate for safer roads. This includes coordinating national Road Safety Week, supporting companies to reduce incidents involving at-work drivers and vehicles, providing free resources to teachers to help them to teach road safety, and supporting communities to campaign for safer roads. Brake provides free support resources for adults and children who have been bereaved and injured in road crashes.
