Pest Free Waitākere Ranges Alliance

Estimated Time: 2 - 4 Hours Over

The Pest Free Waitākere Ranges Alliance is hosting a talk and guided tour of Matuku Link's Wetlands in Bethells, Auckland on Saturday 12 February from 1.30 pm. We're looking for a videographer/photographer to take some footage of our event, which we will post on our YouTube channel and Facebook page, and share in our newsletter afterwards. This will be a fun day out in beautiful surroundings celebrating the wetlands and the many rare birds that live in them.

Working location

Matuku Link, 111 Bethells Road, Bethells, Auckland

Proposed project steps with time estimates

The event, A Wetland Discovery, starts at 1.30pm with a guided tour. This will present a wonderful opportunity for great pics of the people attending, the speakers en route and the threatened wildlife.

After the tour, we will have an expert speaker on Wetlands, and would need this talk videoed for our YouTube channel.

This will be followed by an opportunity to mingle and enjoy a glass of wine and something to eat. We'd appreciate some photos of attendees during this time as well.

This is an outdoor event.

What We Have In Place

We are hosting our hui at Matuku Link's annual Wetland Day. They will have stalls and tours throughout the day. The Alliance's event starts at 1.30pm.
