Using HelpTank, Families Overcoming Addictions were able to launch their first ever website with the help of a skilled volunteer.

Families Overcoming Addictions is a fantastic organisation based in New Plymouth gives vital support, information and advice to families of those with a drug and/or alcohol problem. They provide weekly support groups, which help to reduce isolation by meeting with others experiencing similar situations.

They signed up to HelpTank looking for a volunteer to help out with creating their website. Families Overcoming Addictions quickly received an amazing application from Melanie Hall, a Z employee, and the two were matched. Melanie was able to use her two paid volunteering days to build them a website which allows them to better promote their services and reach more people needing their help.
