Anyone who works in the NFP sector can tell you we don't always have the best operating systems. Skylight is certainly no exception here. We need a CRM wizard or alternatively a small volunteer team who can analyse the gaps in our current...err system, and devise a cunning plan for us so that we can either: a) work more effectively within our current operating system or b) recommend an extremely inexpensive replacement As stated above, we really need a wizard or a small team who could work together or develop different stages as outlined below. WE are flexible around how much time a volunteer can give if it adds value to our ultimate aim of improving our existing system.

Proposed project steps with time estimates
-Introduction meeting 1 -1.5 hours
-An initial analysis of our current CRM and how we are using it, what we are using it for, who is using it - 2-3 hours
-The next steps will be a robust analysis, identifying the gaps, the needs, and the ability to deliver objectives - 6-8 hours
-Design a training strategy to either work better with our existing system/ new proposed system. 2-3 hours
-Ideally plan and present an educational workshop for key staff to attend and be upskilled 2- 3 hours prep and 1- 2 hour workshop
-Develop materials to reinforce the new learning (6 hours)

What We Have In Place
We are in the process of setting up Skylight's new Resilience Hub and NOW is a perfect time to integrate a new CRM system.
