Samaritans has recently purchased the Vega Works CRM system designed specifically for not for profit/charity organisations. We are looking for a volunteer with experience in using this particular system to come to our office in Wellington for a couple of hours to help us ensure the system is set up so that we can utilise it fully. You assistance would be so appreciated.

Working location

At Samaritans Offices in Thorndon, Wellington. Anytime between 9.30am and 1.30pm on weekdays.

Brief/initial discussion 30 mins
Work along staff to train on utilising the system (2 -4 hours)

What We Have In Place

We have already purchased the Vega Works system and migrated our data into the system.
Now we need help with how to set up and perform tasks such as Annual Receipting, Monthly Newsletters, Direct Mail campaigns to Donors etc.
