We need your research skills to develop customer profiles to ensure we're reaching the right people! Sweet Charity generates income for 2 vital charities which help people get through devastating losses and mental health issues. For a relatively small amount of your time you could make a big difference to the success of Sweet Charity and to the amount of people we can help!
Working location
Research can be done remotely or in our office in Birkenhead or Grey Lynn in Auckland if desired.
Proposed project steps with time estimates
1. Questionnaire - Develop an on online and second-hand shopping questionnaire.
Time estimate: 2-3 hours
2. Respondents and Collation - Locate respondents for the questionnaire, distribute and collate responses. The Charities can assist with this.
Time estimate: 5-8 hours
3. Customer Profiles - Develop approximately 3 customer profiles.
Time estimate: 3-6 hours
What We Have In Place
A full-time Online (and physical) Store Manager with retail and online expertise to assist.
Two Directors who will also support and assist in the project.
