UPTO? is in its start-up phase and has an ambitious mission to help youth across New Zealand. So that our message and ideas are delivered effectively we need help from a volunteer experienced in marketing strategy to develop our first marketing strategy and plan. We publish our interactive video map of New Zealand populated with user-generated content promoting all our amazing free public spaces in February 2020. We need a strategy for youth, and all people who interact with youth, to use the free platform and to promote our digital media services to businesses and purpose-driven organisations that service this market.

Briefing and pass on relevant information to the volunteer
3-4 hours reading and reflecting
Step two: Brainstorming session
Discuss the marketing goals, target audiences and possible strategies, as well as the steps for the project.
2-3 hours
Step three: Completing marketing strategy
Draft the marketing strategy and shares the information with the organisation. Review and edits to draft
10-12 hours
Step four: Feedback and finalising
Volunteer incorporates the feedback from UPTO? and updates the strategy, and delivers this to UPTO?
2 hours
