Estimated Time: 4 - 6 Hours Over 1 - 1 Weeks

Kia ora! We are putting together a training video for new volunteers joining our organisation. This video will be powerpoint presentation with a voiceover over each slide..pretty basic! What we need is someone recording the voice part/reading our script in a clear, understandable way - Kiwi accent is a big plus! 😊 If you are able to help us with putting it all together as a final video that would be fantastic too but is not necessary.

Working location

Anywhere in NZ

Proposed project steps with time estimates

1. Initial meet (informal interview)
2. ShelterBox shares the script
3. Recordings are made
(4.) if you are helping with the technical part, we put the video together
5. video is uploaded to YouTube and we celebrate together!

ShelterBox is made up of people who believe in shelter as a human right – that shelter from the chaos of disaster and conflict is vital. No ifs. No buts. We will do whatever it takes to ensure that no family goes without shelter. #NoFamilyWithoutShelte
What we Do
ShelterBox is a charity that hand-delivers aid to families devastated by conflict or natural disaster, to give them safe shelter and the tools to rebuild communities. Our global network of supporters, staff and volunteers make it possible to deliver aid to some of the most remote communities in the world. We provide aid that is tailored to meets the needs of a community after a specific disaster. We don’t believe that one size fits all and we work hard to understand the impact of each emergency and the need this creates within individual communities. The equipment we provide, whatever shape it takes, gives people the hope and the power to transform their own lives. The aid we supply comes in the form of ShelterBoxes and ShelterKits (containing family-sized tents, essential tools people need to start repairing and rebuilding homes, cooking sets, solar lights and activity sets for children and more)
