#act2HELP corporate champions in the workplace needed to help us raise vital funds to support sexual abuse survivors to heal and live a full life. Support services includes crisis 24 hour phone line, therapy services from 3 years to 70 years plus, justice / court support, Dear Em programme through social media and into schools.  Be the key person at your work site an #act2HELP champion to motivate staff to participate and set challenges!  Wear something purple to work in #act2HELP week between April 1st and 8th for a gold coin donation  Host a purple morning tea or event  Create a #act2HELP team and challenge other departments in your company or other businesses in your area i.e. what team can raise the most funds  Corporates will be given a toolkit which would allow Corporate Champions to deliver additional activity within their organisation, including postcards, flyers, donation buckets etc https://www.helpauckland.org.nz/act2help2.html for more information

Orientation by email to the project by end February
Presentation to staff if required by first week of March
Buy in by staff and management by first week of March
Begin #act2HELP project by mid March with marketing to your workplace
Resources sent to you by mid March
Set up EveryDay Hero page by mid March
Perform #act2HELP campaign April 1st to April 8th
Collect donations if done by bucket or cash

What We Have In Place

Corporate toolkit with instructions, postcards to circulate, flyers, pledge sheets and donation buckets.

Walking or running in an event for us, a Help t-shirt is given to you if you raise $250 or more.

But for as long as it continues to occur in Auckland, we will work to enable women and children suffering from the effects of abuse to regain their lives.
