We would love someone to help us streamline/integrate the current systems we use. We would like to integrate Excel sheets, Mailchimp and Jotform so that our data is across all platforms. We would also like someone to review our systems and suggest ways in which we can work for efficiently. Many thanks!

Proposed project steps with time estimates
Link Jot-form registration form to excel sheets (both mentee and mentor sign ups)
Link Jotform to Mailchimp so that all new applications get a receipt of registration email.
Link all new registration sign-ups to Mailchimp so that they receive an evaluation form once registered to fill in post their mentoring journey.
Link all evaluation Jotform data once the form is filled to excel evaluation sheet
Link 2 current excel sheets we currently work on to each other so that data crosses over automatically when updates are made.
We are thinking this will require someone skilled with using Zapier. Open to systems suggestions.
