We need a DJ! Someone with some speakers and a microphone that can DJ our disco for 2 hours! You don't need to be a professional DJ- just someone with the equipment that can play some sweet tunes and take song requests for our young people! We are a charity that run creative workshops for young people with disabilities and are having a disco on Friday the 31st of March from 6-8pm. Our discos are heaps of fun you get to witness the BEST dance moves and the biggest smiles. This is one of the highlights our year and are desperate for some help with sound- we can't have a disco with you the music!!
Working location
Western Springs Community Hall, Auckland Central.
Proposed project steps with time estimates
We have the disco completely organized- all you need to do is rock up just before 6pm to set up your equipment and play some tunes for 2 hours so our young people can have a boogie! We also do a conga line and musical statues which you can be a part of if you like! We are in need of someone with access to their own speaker and microphone that they could bring!
What We Have In Place
This event is all organized! We have a venue- a table, and volunteers to help set up and an MC to run the night.
We will just need from you a working speaker and a Microphone and the ability to play some tunes (even if it is from spotify).
