Estimated Time: 4 - 7 Hours Over 1 - 3 Weeks
Youthline Wellington (a regional organisation within the national Youthline network) is looking for a facilitator, to help us with updating and developing our strategic plan. We are envisaging this will primarily be in the form of one workshop / session with the officers, management and other interested members of Youthline Wellington. Skills we are looking for: - Experience facilitating strategic workshops / meetings - Empathetic communication and listening skills - Experience with updating presentation of effective strategic plans
Working location
Hybrid - MS teams and in person option available

The scope and expected time commitment are indicative and Youthline Wellington is open to discussion and refinement:
- Prior to the session, initial review of existing strategic plan and high level discussion to plan out scope/direction of session with Chairperson and Secretary (1-2 hours)
- Facilitation of a strategic planning session with staff, board and other key Youthline members (2-3 hours)
- Debrief and assistance with updating strategic plan (1-2 hours)
Total indicative time commitment - 4-7 hours.
