We are looking for a finance / business savvy brain to help us create some cost models to ensure the resilience of the project once our funding has finished. FillGood is a non for profit collaborative project to initiate a city-wide reusable serviceware system for food and drink at commercial and community-run events in Wellington. Our current funding (3 years) is to establish and operate two foundational nodes: a fixed washing and storage facility at Wellington Regional Stadium Trust, with a base fleet of standardised reusable cold drink cups, and a mobile washing facility with reusable serviceware. We will also deliver a communication programme with consistent branding across the network to ensure event attendees engage with the system and to lift public awareness about reuse in Wellington. We are looking for a finance / business savvy brain to help us create some cost models to ensure the resilience of the project once our funding has finished.

Working location

SKY Stadium or Sustainability Trust (2 Forresters lane) - happy to meet anywhere in the city.

Proposed project steps with time estimates

Phase 1: Initial meeting to understand the scope of project. Discuss existing cost models.
Phase 2: Create a variety of cost models (can be simple Excel docs) that can be worked through to understand project financial risks and goals
Phase 3: Review and adjust as necessary

What We Have In Place

We have 3 years of funding with FTE 1 and all capital expenditure included.
We have an existing cost model that needs updating / rebuilding.
