Qualifications: 1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. 2. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in office administration or a similar role. Experience in supporting senior management and handling complex administrative tasks is required. 3. Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software (e.g., CRM systems, project management tools). - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Working location

Northland. This is a remote-only position. The hours are flexible.

The Trust is seeking experienced Office Administrators who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in office management and a proven ability to support senior management and staff effectively.

The Trust aims to help with issues surrounding climate change, environmental aspects of NZ government policies, international involvement, historical and contemporary flora and fauna claims in NZ such as Wai 262 claim which is the largest Māori claim in NZ and well known internationally.
What we Do
We are involved both nationally and internationally due to the broad spectrum level of this claim across all Crown Ministries in NZ.
