To create Powerpoint presentations to replace a Word ‘sponsorship pack’.
Proposed project steps with time estimates
To create PowerPoint presentations to replace a Word document. (We will edit the Word document into a couple of different documents that are more focused than the original sponsorship pack so they will be your starting point.) Also to create a script for voice-over to accompany the PowerPoint presentations and put that in Notes next to each slide.
The first step would be to create a template to ensure visual consistency and appeal.
What We Have In Place
All the source materials used in the original document are available. We just need you, a PowerPoint and media enthusiast, to make it more engaging!
We have someone creating a very short video that we can link to or put at the beginning of the pack.

                What we Do

The Rural Youth and Adult Literacy Trust (previous know as Adult Literacy Rural Trust) provides training in literacy for isolated rural adults and teenagers. The Trust has operated from premises in Port Waikato since August 2011. Our volunteer coaches work with a student from 3-5 days a week for 30 minutes a day, using phone, mail, fax and video-conference. Students are able to access our online practice software if they have access to a computer with internet or can get to a library computer. The Trust runs school holiday Catchup Literacy Camps for high school students who want to improve their literacy skills.
