Estimated Time: 5 - 6 Hours Over 5 - 6 Hours

On Saturday, 11 July, we are hosting a Wellington Hui around the concepts of belonging and inclusion. Led by Inclusive Aotearoa Collective Tāhono, this project was launched in response to the March 15 attacks in Christchurch and is part of a nationwide road trip to talk about what belonging feels like; what hinders this; and what needs to change. We know that discrimination and exclusion touches many across genders, disabilities, creed and colour. We want to hear first-hand about those impacts and what needs to change so that our Strategy for Belonging and Inclusion is formed based on our communities’ collective voices. We are looking for volunteers to help us at the Wellington Hui. We need approx. 8 facilitators .. You'll join a table of up to 5 people and will help with facilitating the conversation; keeping topics on track and to time; ensuring equitable input from all participants; monitoring engagement to ensure safe and constructive conversations.
