We are needing someone who is experienced on Xero to help train the new President and Vice Presidents in Xero (read only). It would be how to find things, getting reports and figures. We do not send invoices through Xero, they only need the accounting/ financial maintenance part of Xero while I manage the daily operations.

Working location

Multiple Sclerosis West Coast office building. 26 Mackay Street Greymouth Monday-Thursday after 11.30

Proposed project steps with time estimates

We are new to Xero and the likes and have been self teaching to do the basic payroll and reconcile the bank accounts and reports.
We are looking for someone who has payroll experience who can show a team of 3 how to use and manage it.

Ideally you'd be based in Greymouth but if not then we could do a virtual session.
