Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT support and systems administration, with a strong background in network management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. 3. Certifications: IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent. 4. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MacOS operating systems. - Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Familiarity with database management (SQL, Oracle). - Expertise in cybersecurity practices and tools. 5. Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently

Working location

Northland. This is a remote volunteer position only with flexible hours.
